The Knickerbocker

The Knickerbocker, a historic New York City hotel, opened its doors in 1906. Located in Times Square, it became a prominent cultural hub, hosting events attended by celebrities and political figures. Sadly, in 1920, the hotel’s roof collapsed during a party, resulting in 12 fatalities. This tragic incident marked the end of the Knickerbocker’s glamorous era.
